From Our Deacons

     A few words from your Deacons. Have you stopped to think that 2021 is already one third over? Time it seems is absolutely, flying by! One day you are a child playing in the backyard and the next day you are a parent with your own children. Wow! With that being said, have you given any thought to your eternity and where you will spend it? How about the eternity of your children? If you have not, you need too! Death will find you and when it does, the decision is already made. The Bible says in Ecclesiastes 11:3 “If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be”.  You see, there are only two choices, Heaven or hell. Please do not procrastinate making this decision, because God himself said in Genesis 6:3 “my spirit shall not always strive with man”. What we want you to understand is that you will not be saved when you are ready; you have to accept Jesus when he is speaking to your heart. Please do not put him off.
